Runda Renovation Progress

Tiling works to the bathrooms and balconies. Each of the 6 bathrooms evokes a different feeling from Earthy, Cool, Rustique and Classic. The baclony tiling has a touvh of the morrocan style with Red/Brown hues on the edges of the tile with earthy tones around the center.

The main material for the flooring is a walnut based SPC that sit on a well steel floated Screed finish. The finish texture and colour were chosen to ensure a warm feeling to the interiors of the project that will bounce of lighter shades on wall surfaces.

The Front Garden

External aesthetics feature vertical corner posts that ascend upward to give the buidling height and exploration and these create an interesting colonade expression to the buidling edges. This combine with a cantilevering hipped roof, gives a balance to the verticality of the coloumns. The central foyer extend to the highest point of the home, effectively acting as the tower reaching out and has a hidden roof to emphasize the cut.
